As part of the operation of the site accessible at www.boutique.maisongainsbourg.fr/en (the "Site"), Maison Gainsbourg collects and processes information, some of which is referred to as "Personal Data".

RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA

Personal Data collected as part of the creation of a personal space and/or as part of an order on the Site are kept for a period of 3 years from the most recent of the following two dates: date of creation of the personal space / date of the last order placed by the Customer on the Site.

Personal Data collected in connection with Newsletter subscriptions are kept for the duration of the Newsletter subscription.

Personal Data collected via cookies will be stored for a maximum of 12 months.

Notwithstanding the above, we may extend the retention period for some of your Personal Data, solely in order to meet our legal obligations.

On expiry of the above-mentioned periods, your Personal Data will either be anonymized for statistical purposes and according to a filing system adapted to the preservation of your rights, or destroyed.

We undertake to take all technical and organizational measures to limit access to your Personal Data to authorized persons only, and to ensure its security against any type of event (destruction, loss, alteration, distribution or unauthorized access, etc.).

INTERVENTION OF THIRD PARTIES

The fulfillment of your orders and the provision of the Newsletter information service may require the communication of some of your Personal Data to our service providers, exclusively with a view to the provision by the latter of the necessary services.

We may also communicate your Personal Data to the technical subcontractors we use to operate the Site (IT, banking data, etc.).

We store your data exclusively in France or within the European Union.

In such cases, we have contractually agreed with our service providers and subcontractors to ensure that they provide a sufficient level of protection for your Personal Data.

Right to erasure: You may ask Maison Gainsbourg to delete your Personal Data in the cases provided for by legislation and regulations;

Right of limitation: You may request the limitation of the processing of your Personal Data in order to temporarily suspend the use, partial or total, of your Personal Data;

Right to object: You may object at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your Personal Data based on the legitimate interests of Maison Gainsbourg;

Right to portability: You have the right to port your Personal Data. However, La Maison Gainsbourg would like to draw your attention to the fact that this is not a general right, as not all data from all processing operations is portable, and this right only concerns automated processing, to the exclusion of manual or paper processing.
